The 90-day customer transformation journey is a meticulously designed program that focuses on individual progress and achieving personal fitness goals. This transformative experience is divided into key stages, each serving a unique purpose in the client’s journey to better health and fitness.

STEP 1

CONSULTATION

The journey begins with an initial consultation, where our personal trainers engage with you to understand your fitness history, lifestyle, and personal objectives. This crucial first step establishes a rapport and trust between you and the trainer, setting a solid foundation for the journey ahead.

PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT

Following the consultation, a comprehensive assessment is conducted. This includes taking measurements of body circumferences to establish a baseline, conducting functional movement screenings to assess physical capabilities and identify any limitations, calculating body fat percentage for a clear picture of body composition, and performing a strength test to gauge initial strength levels. This multi-faceted approach ensures a holistic view of the client’s current state, allowing for a tailored program that addresses specific needs.

GOAL SETTING AND PHYSICAL CHALLENGE TARGET SETTING

With the assessment data in hand, the next step involves setting realistic and achievable goals alongside you. Additionally, a physical challenge target is established, serving as a milestone that you can work towards. This serves as motivating factor through tangible objectives.

PLAN AND PROGRAM PREPARATION

Armed with detailed information about your physical condition and goals, a personalized training plan is prepared. This plan is carefully designed to progressively challenge you while considering any limitations to ensure safety and effectiveness.

TRAINING EXECUTION

The execution phase is where the action happens. You will undergo the first part of your transformation program, consisting of 12 training sessions. Each session is aimed at gradually improving your fitness levels, closely monitored by the personal trainer to ensure correct form and technique.

FIRST RE-ASSESSMENT

After completing the initial 12 training sessions, the first re-assessment takes place. This evaluates the progress made against the initial benchmarks, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of the program and any adjustments needed moving forward.

PART 2 OF THE TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

Following the first re-assessment, you will embark on part 2 of your transformation program, comprising of another 12 training sessions. This phase aims to build upon the foundation laid in the initial phase, pushing you closer to your goals.

SECOND RE-ASSESSMENT

Upon completing a total of 24 training sessions, a second re-assessment is conducted. This serves as an opportunity to measure the progress since the last assessment and make any necessary tweaks to the training program.

PHYSICAL CHALLENGE TEST

Between the 25th and 36th training session, you and the rest of our community members will undergo a physical challenge test. This is a key milestone where you can truly measure the extent of your transformation, testing your physical abilities against the target set at the beginning of the program.
